Easter time is about new beginnings and starting fresh. It conjures up pictures of eggs, baby chicks, rabbits, and egg hunts. It’s a time to serve, to share love, and to be with family. Children love to paint eggs and hunt for chocolate. Adults love the spring sales and savings.
While Couponbuzz can’t paint eggs and hide chocolates for you, it can help you save and find the best Easter sales on the internet.
Our buzz guides have combed through thousands of coupons and selected the best promotions to maximize savings. Visit the Easter page regularly to take advantage of the savings offered all over the web.
At the beginning of the year, you made a resolution to work out regularly and shed the pounds. You have done so well until recently. The New Year’s Resolution to get in shape is starting to wear off. It’s been a whole month and a half and your drive is weakening. You need a little boost of resolve to get you through your current slump. What can you do?
Valentine’s Day is only 14 days away and you want to make sure you don’t forget about it this year! Take some time to really think about something that your girl will love. Something that is personal and meaningful. Consider inside jokes you may have, a romantic memory, a favorite song. Put some meaning into your gift. Girls like the thought behind the gift almost as much as ( if not more than) the gift itself. If you’re having a hard time getting some ideas, consider these:
Ever Since I received a digital camera, I have had a hard time remembering and making time to go to a store to print all my pictures. I usually empty my camera onto my computer, post them on facebook and then forget about them. My poor grandparents and other friends, who are not facebook savvy, never get to see those pictures. There are also viruses and computer errors that occur that could wipe out years of memories. And I don’t have much time to dedicate to scrapbooking with fancy paper and cute cutouts, especially when I might have to duplicate that work for mom and mom-in-law. I need an attractive, safe, easy, affordable way to preserve my photos that will allow me to share with family and friends both digitally and in print.
It seems like the hardest people to shop for are the men in our lives, Husbands, Brothers, Fathers, Grandpas. When asked what they want, they don’t have an answer (or it is lame, like a pair of socks or a tie). They seem to have everything and what can you get someone who has everything?
Well I did a little research to find some ideas and shops that could be your answer to this very dilemma.
Did you know that lighting takes up to 25% of the average American’s electric budget? Well, neither did I, but it does and there is a way to bring down that percent.
Simply use an energy efficient light bulb.
There are two kinds of lighting that are recommended by the U.S. Department of Energy. The first is LED and the second is CFL.
Christmas is over and you have bags and bags of torn and crumpled Christmas paper. If you’re like me, you hate to throw it away, especially because wrapping paper is getting to be so expensive! At least a quarter of my gift budget for Christmas, birthdays, wedding showers, etc goes to wrapping paper, tissue, bows, and all the trims! Most often I wish I could save that money and use it to buy a nicer gift.
In my search for a way to reuse this paper I came across these ideas:
There are so many things that we buy over and over and over again. They are on our weekly grocery list or the kids go through them like hot cakes. Then there are things we don’t buy very often but we would like to save on them anyway, like jewelry, vacations, special outings. So how can you maximize the bang for your buck?
Let me share with you 2 secrets to saving.
One of the best ways to save money throughout the year is to shop for the holidays AFTER the holidays. If you want to get great Christmas decorations, no time is better than right after Christmas! If you want to get New Year Party supplies, buy right after New Years. Stock up now for next year’s events and you’ll save so much!
It’s that time of year when lots of great movies are out. It’s cold outside, hot chocolate is in abundance, and all I want to do is cuddle up with my mug, a fuzzy blanket and a good movie. Lucky for me there are lots of places I can go to find the right movie.
Netflix offers lots of flicks I can watch instantly on my computer, such as: Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, The Miracle on 34th Street, and Peanuts Christmas. Redbox carries a lot of holiday DVD’s right now as well. It’s fast and easy to grab one while I’m out doing my Christmas shopping.
