A little fun is something we all need…and want. The problem is we don’t have the budget to match the desire. We need affordable activities to do for date night or to get out with the kids or sometimes we just need new ideas! We could spend hours online trying to find coupons for a new attraction in the area or just go on the usual movie night date or we get caught in, what I call, the Jungle Book conversation, “what do you want to do?” “I don’t know what do you want to do?” and never reach a satisfying conclusion.
Cold fronts are moving in and the air is cooling off, which means it’s time to start thinking about winterizing the cars! Here are 5 suggestions to prep your vehicles for the approaching winter season:
1. Get an oil change. Check the owner’s manual or ask your mechanic what kind of oil will be best for colder temperatures.
2. Check your belts and hoses. Cold weather can make your belts and hoses frigid and fragile so inspect them for signs of wear and tear.
I think a lot of people that have the goal of going on a cruise are intimidated by the thought of being a first time cruiser. Will you know how to get around? Would you have a good time? Is is a good value for the money? Let me tell you about the experiences my wife and I had as first time cruisers.
Just thought I would take a few minutes and let everyone know how much I love my HP dv9000 series laptop. I’ve had it for almost 2 years now. Although I’ve put it through a lot, it’s never let me down. I carry it to class everyday and it’s seen everything from extreme heat to heavy snow. I am in a top 10 Tech program in a top 5 business school (as rated by businessweek) and let me tell you, a lot of us use HP laptops.
I got married in December and learned first hand all of the stressful adventures that lie between the time a couple decides to get married and time they actually tie the knot. Our engagement was a little over 3 months long, and believe me, that’s long enough! One such adventure that all must experience is finding and purchasing rings.
