I am a huge dog lover, but I didn’t use to be. I didn’t really care for dogs until my husband and I bought a house and decided to get a dog. We did a good deal of research and finally agree on getting an Old English Mastiff. However, they are very expensive so we found an add in the paper for someone selling Mastiff/ Boxer puppies and couldn’t resist. We took home our sweet puppy and she became our baby. We took her everywhere with us, enrolled her in puppy preschool and gave her all the love any dog could hope for.
I am a 30 year old healthy woman who eats well, exercises and has two children. Granted, I’m not the size I was in high school, or even college, but I am still healthy. Why is it that I am considered “plus size” when it comes to clothes? What does plus size even mean? Who came up with that term? When the average woman wears a size 14, why is it that many of us are put into this category that is sectioned off from the rest of “normal” sizes. In all fairness, wouldn’t it be correct to call size 0-6 clothes “minus size” if we are considered “plus size?”
